Kind of a slow week in comics coming up. Here is what is coming out on 18 September that you should be excited about:
- Thor God of Thunder #13 (Marvel Comics) — Three words: Walter. Simonson. Cover. Even if you don’t read this series, owning a Simonson cover should be enough incentive to get you off your ass and to your LCS to pick it up.
- Batwoman Vols. 2 & 3 TPB/HC (DC Comics) — See what the brouhahah is about before JH Williams and W. Haden Blackman take their leave after upcoming issue #26 of this series. Vol. 2 “To Drown the World” is out in trade paperback and Vol. 3 “Worlds Finest” is out in hardcover.
- Captain Marvel #16 (Marvel Comics) — Part two of two of the Infinity tie-in starring Captain Marvel, Spider-Woman, Black Widow and Hawkeye… yay! From the solicitation: “As Captain Marvel and Hawkeye are interrogated, Spider-Woman and Black Widow plot a breakout. Hah! Captain Marvel doesn’t need rescuing!”
